For over 3 decades Carmen Johnson has built her reputation as the Realtor to call on when buying or selling luxury homes. Over the course of her career she has ascended to the ranks of the Top Selling Agents in metro Atlanta. Living in the Beverly Hills area, Carmen began her real estate career in Los Angeles’ elite neighborhoods. It’s no surprise Carmen was named “Agent Of The Year” her first year. She moved to Atlanta in 1990 bringing with her this unique experience of luxury home sales. She became a minority franchise owner and Managing Broker of Coldwell Banker Five Star Properties – known throughout the Atlanta area as one of the top real estate brokerages. In addition to managing 50 agents Carmen marketed and sold numerous multi-million dollar communities and sold over $100 Million dollars in real estate. Carmen has been recognized for her outstanding achievements in real estate throughout her career. She was honored by the Atlanta Business League with the “Out Standing Woman of the Year Award”in 2000. She has also been featured in several local and national magazines including National Geographic, the Los Angeles Times, and Women Looking Ahead- just to name a few. Carmen’s client list reads like a who’s who of celebrities including entertainers, Grammy Award Winners, professional athletes, actors,comedians, and Fortune 500 corporate executives. In 2012 Carmen sold her stake in the Coldwell Banker franchise and joined Palmerhouse Properties.
